01
Cash, firearms and ammunition, live animals, ganja and anything else illegal, unpackaged glass, medical samples, and perishables that need more than four hours. If a parcel is sealed and you will not tell us what is in it, we will not move it.
02
Two things and nothing else: the parcel class, and the higher of the two parish bands. A small parcel from Kingston to Saint Andrew is band 1; the same parcel from Kingston to Negril is band 4 because Westmoreland is band 4. Pick both ends on the board and you have the whole price.
03
Between Kingston, Saint Andrew and Saint Catherine, yes, if we have it by 13:00 — it goes out on the 13:30 metro van. Everywhere else the parcel travels on the next run day for that parish, because the parcel has to come through the depot on Marcus Garvey Drive before it goes out again. The board works out the date for you.
04
The driver photographs the door, rings the number on the waybill, and brings the parcel back. We try again on the next run day, and once more after that. Then it waits at the depot for ten days for collection. No attempt is charged for.
05
Cover to $500 is included in every rate on the board. Above that, declare the value at the counter and we will agree cover in writing before the parcel moves; for anything over $5,000 we ask for the invoice. We do not cover unpackaged glass, cash or perishables at any value.
06
From twenty parcels a month. You get a standing collection time, a fixed driver, and an invoice every fortnight listing each waybill number against the board rate. No account fee and no minimum spend beyond those twenty parcels.
07
Delivered on or before the date quoted at booking, as a share of every parcel we accepted that quarter. Attempted deliveries count as on time only if we attempted them on the quoted day. Parcels delayed by a road closure count against us unless we messaged the sender a new date before the van left the depot. We publish it every quarter whether it is good or not.
08
The waybill number is on your receipt and in the message we send when the parcel is collected. Send that number to the depot number by message and you get the last scan and the driver's position on the run. There is no login to remember.
