Every parcel is signed for and photographed at the door. Included.
The driver takes a signature on the handset and a photograph of the parcel where it was left, with the time. You get both by message the moment it happens. It is how we can publish an on-time figure at all, so charging for it would be charging you for our own bookkeeping.
