What customers say
Senders, counters and account customers
Left after a delivery, by the people who booked it. We publish the four-star ones too — the third one down is a customer who missed a western van by twenty minutes, which is exactly the thing the board exists to stop.
We move stock between three branches and the cold chain gives us four hours. The highway van is at our Mandeville door before ten every weekday, and in two years the only late transfer was the week of the Bog Walk closure, which they told us about the night before.
I quote a customer in Sav-la-Mar the part plus seventeen dollars, and seventeen dollars is what it costs. No fuel line, no out-of-town line. My old courier's invoice never matched the quote I gave and I was eating the difference every month.
Titles and signed contracts, twice a day, signed for at both ends with a photograph. The standing 15:00 collection means my staff are not waiting on a driver, and the board tells me whether a Portland filing will be there Wednesday or Friday before I promise a client.
Produce out of Christiana on the highway van in the afternoon, up to the hotels on the north coast van the next morning. They worked out that routing with me over the counter instead of telling me it was impossible.
Ratings
Left at the counter and on the handset
The driver's handset asks for a rating at the door. The on-time figure is the harder number
Quoted twelve dollars on the board, paid twelve dollars at the counter. That is the whole reason I moved.
Documents to Montego Bay by ten the next morning, signed for, photograph on my phone before I finished breakfast.
Missed the Tuesday western van by twenty minutes and had to wait for Thursday. The board did warn me; I just wasn't reading it.
They published a bad quarter on their own website. Nobody else does that.
Barrel from the wharf to Santa Cruz, two men to lift it off, no remote-area charge like the last lot tried.
