Re-delivery after a missed attempt

Three attempts on three run days, then ten days at the depot. All included.

If nobody is at the address we try again on the next run day, and once more after that. Then the parcel waits at the depot for ten days and you or your customer can collect it. None of that costs anything extra, because a missed delivery is usually our timing rather than your customer's fault.
