Fuel levy
The rate on the board covers the fuel. We change the board, not the bill.
Most couriers on the island add a percentage for fuel and revise it monthly, so the rate you were quoted in March is not the rate you pay in June. We would rather change the board twice a year in public than add a line to every invoice.
