Pallet

Up to 400 kg, shrink-wrapped, tail-lift both ends.

A wrapped pallet up to 400 kg and 1.6 m tall. Two of the fourteen vans have a tail lift; a pallet moves on the day one of those vans is on your run, which the board tells you before you book.

Both ends need somewhere a tail lift can land — a level yard or a loading bay. If the delivery address is a shop on a main road with no yard, say so and we will break the pallet at the depot and deliver it as large parcels instead, at the large-parcel rate per piece.
